"At one time
I called it Polk Music because it pokes and scratches around in a
lot of different directions searching for the truth or some facsimile,"
he said. "I guess there's a lot of my Irish roots in it along
with every other damn thing I've ever heard. If I was a lot smarter
and would have gone to college, I guess I would call this stuff poetry."
